Double S Liquid Feed Services offers a wide variety of molasses-based products designed for manufacturing textured feeds. Our Ready Mix feed mill products are designed to produce a more consistent, appealing and energy dense product. Ready Mix contains cane molasses, vegetable fat sources, preservatives and surfactants that allow the mill to run more efficiently, reduce equipment cleanup time and improve customer handling. Ready Mix comes in several different formulas that contain varying levels of dry matter and fat that we can customize to fit your feed mill situation.
Feed Mill Products
Double S feed mill products are recommended for applying to textured feed to enhance appearance, aroma and palatability, plus reduce dust and fines.
Ready Mix 64
A superb product for winter months or colder climates because of its excellent flowability
- 64% DM
- 4% fat from vegetable sources only
Ready Mix 66
A good product for winter months but contains enough dry matter to be used in areas with cooler year-round climates
- 66% DM
- Fat from vegetable sources only
– 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7% and 10% fat
Ready Mix 68
An excellent product for all types of mills and can be utilized in the winter and summer months
- 68% DM
- Fat from vegetable sources only
– 5%, 6%, 7% fat with 5% being the Gold Standard
Ready Mix 70
An excellent product for mills that do not want to switch products with the seasons as it works in all climate types
- 70% DM
- Fat from vegetable sources only
Ready Mix 72
A perfect product in the summer (and in warmer climates) and results in improved coating on grains, pellets and flaked feeds

Ready Mix 75
Ready Mix 75 is our “Cadillac” product and is recommended for applying to textured feed to enhance appearance, aroma, palatability, and reduce dust and fines. This product requires the right equipment; however, it produces the moistest, glossiest feed possible. It is a product worth the time and effort.
