Double S Liquid Feed Services has liquid feed products for starter/receiving rations that will promote intake and finishing rations designed to promote feed efficiency.

Liquid Feed Supplements for Feedlot Diets

Feedlot Liquid Feed Products

Double S liquid feed products can provide enhanced nutrition for feedlot cattle.

Commodities

To increase a ration’s energy and protein content, Double S supplies the feedlot industry with a variety of liquid commodities, such as molasses, corn condensed distillers solubles, sugar byproduct syrup, and much more.

Custom Blends

Double S will work with your feedlot nutritionist to formulate a custom blend and provide specific nutrients for a specific cattle group. These blends can provide additional energy, protein, vitamins, minerals, and other feed additives, such as ionophores, enzymes and larvicide for fly control.

Calcium-Suspended Products

The first limiting nutrient in a high concentrate diet is calcium (cereal grains are poor sources of the mineral). An essential mineral to supplement, calcium represents 1.5-2.0% of total BW of an animal with 99% of the body’s calcium found in bones and 1% distributed in cellular fluids. Here at Double S, we provide calcium-suspended liquid feed products that will meet the calcium requirement, as well as provide other vitamins, minerals, and feed additives to help make your operation more efficient.

Frequently Asked Questions

A. Load the grain source first to the mixer, then the liquid, and lastly the roughage source. This sequence allows the liquid to be mixed with the grain first, which then will mix more easily with the roughage.

A. No, ionophores are not an antibiotic, so you are not required to have a VFD to purchase Double S products.
